Profiling at Begin Global
At Begin Global we profile using the Dick Hagstrom Greenlight system. Our profiling entails a PEL (Positive Experience Listing) where the client recalls positive experiences from childhood to adulthood, which shape their current satisfactions with work. This is followed by a 1- 2hour discovery conversation and, after an in depth assessment, a very detailed and helpful report is produced. We can also help the client fashion a Life Purpose statement helping them to find focus and meaning for the future.
The advantage of this profiling system is that the client actually discovers what work will bring them satisfaction day in and day out. A satisfied worker/professional is one that performs at the top of their game, and is in there for the long haul.
